The White River School District is located in Buckley, Washington approximately 30 minutes east of Tacoma. It's a rural community serving 3,400 students. Teachers and staff are dedicated, highly qualified individuals. The White River School District has become a recognized leader in the state and nation in the application of the Professional Learning Communities collaboration model. Our mission is to ensure high levels of learning for all students preparing them for success beyond high school.
