Role Overview
Bainbridge Island School District is seeking a dynamic, student-centered leader to guide the future of Bainbridge High School. Essential Functions
- Champions equity and inclusion across K–12 learning environments, ensuring practices promote belonging and access for all students.
- Leads the implementation of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) at the classroom, school, and district levels.
- Implements and aligns PBIS and social-emotional/behavioral (SEB) practices to support student well-being and positive school culture.
- Guides high-quality instructional practices, curriculum development, and assessment to strengthen teaching and learning.
- Communicates clearly and effectively with diverse audiences through strong written communication and confident large-group presentations.
- Applies restorative, developmentally responsive approaches to student behavior that preserve dignity and strengthen relationships.
- Manages time, priorities, and responsibilities independently and effectively in a dynamic school environment.
- Leads school and district initiatives as an engaged member of the district administrative team.
- Cultivates a vibrant, inclusive, and welcoming school culture for students, staff, and families.

Details
Contract: 260 days including 13 paid holidays & 30 vacation days
Salary: $182,000-193,000 per year
Full benefit package available
Retirement - TRS eligible
